About us...

We follow the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh in the Redditch and Alcester area and meet at
Cookhill Village Hall (next to the church on the A441 between Alcester and Astwood Bank)
for half-days of mindfulness usually on the third Sunday of every month (please check with
us for dates and times before arriving). The meetings are traditional Community of Interbeing
mornings which incorporate guided meditations, slow walking meditation and reading from
one of Thich Nhat Hanh’s books (or similar) with time for discussion over a nice cup of tea!
Anyone is welcome and particularly those with an interest in applying Buddhist teachings to
life in the here and now. There are plenty of chairs if you do not have a meditation cushion. If
you can only make part of a meeting we would still love to see you! So please come along
whenever you can and share in our peace and quietude. If you have any questions please
feel free to get in touch.
